Buttercup Loggerhead Dawn Framed Scarf
Description
Painted by Renwood artist Austin Williams and offered as framed fine art, Loggerhead Dawn captures a loggerhead — Georgia's state marine turtle — coming ashore to nest beneath a glowing coastal sky, set within a classic Greek key border. Printed on 100% silk twill and framed by hand in your choice of finish. This Buttercup colorway warms the scene in soft buttercup golds and cool slate-blue waters, finished with a steel-blue Greek key border.
Once endangered, Georgia's loggerheads are recovering after decades of nest-by-nest protection by the DNR Sea Turtle Program — a new dawn for the species. In honor of First Lady Marty Kemp, a portion of proceeds supports the Marty Kemp Sea Turtle Conservation Fund, which funds the seasonal technicians who guard every nest and the island housing their work depends on.
Available framed in 25" and 35", in five frame finishes. 100% silk twill.

For years I believed every painting needed to be perfectly realistic. Over time, I discovered something more meaningful - there is beauty in suggestion, in movement, and in allowing a painting room to breathe.
Today my work blends careful observation with a more expressive approach, drawing inspiration from the natural world, Southern landscapes, and timeless design traditions that have endured for generations.
Thank you for allowing my work to become part of your home.
